We are continuing to investigate this issue. The problem remains only in Japan and EU Frankfurt deployments due to different DNS settings.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Clearing DNS cache can speedup the DNS propagation.

We are currently experiencing a partial DNS outage causing application unavailability for some customers. The issue has already been resolved but the problem can persist for tens of minutes until DNS records propagate.
